Summer camp – Forest School "Pefkites"

In the summer time, the ‘Pefkites’ Forest School opens its arms to children of all ages, from 5 to 13 years old, with a meeting place at our shelter in Stamata, Attica, to dive into the deep blue waters of the Forestry Pedagogical. Free and experiential play, handicrafts (wood carving and portable looms) and Bushcraft, Art of Land, thematic units developed based on traditional fairy tales or literary works, experimental archaeological excavations, mild-mannered hiking, and guided games. And of course swimming in our river!

Pauliani – The Red Fox Cottage
In the heart of the mountain of Oiti, among the fir trees and in an uncontaminated natural beauty, the shelter of the PEFKITES’ Forest School was created, the Red Fox Cottage! Our goal is to host small groups of children and teenagers during their school vacations (summer and winter), to experience self-control and that contact with nature, which will make them stronger and more independent, confident and able to pursue their dreams. Just like the children of the old fashion book “The High Mountains” by Zacharias Papantoniou!
